We charge a scaled fee, starting at $7.95, to ship anywhere in the World.
Our shipping process, from the day we receive the order to a moment our tea reaches your doors, takes 3 -10 days.
To ensure that our clients gets only fresh teas each and every time they order from us, we make all our teas by hand after payment is received.
If the item is out of stock, please allow 1-2 weeks for us to refill our inventories. If you expect to order a big volume, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to get detailed information.
Return and Exchange Policy
At TeaGasm, we stand behind the quality of everything we sell and want you to be satisfied with every purchase. Unfortunately, due to the current circumstances surrounding Covid, we are unable to accept returns on perishable tea products.
For all other products, if your orders fail to meet your expectations, please return the merchandise within 30 days of purchase date for an exchange, or refund.
For Returns or exchanges, please make sure the following conditions are met:
- Merchandise must be in their original condition and packaging.
- No more than 30 days from the actual date of purchase date.
- Please contact our customer service at email@example.com.
- Please provide pictures of defective product along with your order ID.
Please follow these steps when returning a product:
- Repack the merchandise in its original packaging with the original packing slip and packing material, if possible.
- Return the merchandise, along with the original receipt.
Please note: Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Please allow at least 7 days for the return to be processed once we receive it. If you have any concerns or questions, for customers, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
